4 juicy medium tomatoes roughly chopped
1/2 green capsicum sliced
1 small brown onion finely sliced
Extra virgin olive oil
Salt to taste
Spanish bread to dip in the oil and tomato juices
Mix tomatoes, capsicum and onion.
Season to taste and a generous amount of olive oil.
This salad is tastier if the tomatoes are at room temperature.
Eat with bread.
