6 eggs
500 ml milk
12 tbsp sugar
250 gr Philadelphia cheese
Caramel
5 tbsp sugar and 2 tbsp water
Add sugar and water in a saucepan to make caramel. Let it boil until sauce becomes amber in colour. Pour over cake tin or ramekins if making individual desserts.

Panna cotta
Vegetable oil
1 cup whole milk
1 cup cream
1/2 vanilla bean or 1tsp vanilla essence
tablespoons fresh lemon juice
teaspoons unflavored gelatin
1/2 cup sugar
1 cup yogurt
2 tablespoons grated lemon peel

2 o 3 medium potatoes in cubes
same amount of pumkin
2 spring onions finely chopped (including the greens)
gratted cheese to taste (cheddar, tasty, parmesan…)
olive oil
salt to taste
pepper to taste
dash of milk
Boil potatoes and pumkin until soft.

Homemade tomato sauce
180 gr tinned chunky tuna in oil
2 boiled eggs grated
Homemade mayonnaise
Cook rice in water and add green peas towards the end.
