6 boiled eggs
108 gr canned chunky tuna in oil
10 olives (green, black, stuffed, any kind you like), chopped
Homemade mayonnaise (oil, 1 egg, pinch of salt and a few drops of lemon juice – Put all in a blender and blend until thick) – optional
Cut eggs in half and put the yolks in a bowl.
Add the tuna and the olives and mix well with a fork.
Stuff the eggs with the filling.
Serve with mayonnaise on top, or crumb and fry.
