Savoury rice cake

Pastel fr�o de arroz

1 cup and a half of rice
3 cups of water
1 cup of green peas
Homemade tomato sauce
180 gr tinned chunky tuna in oil
2 boiled eggs grated
Homemade mayonnaise

Cook rice in water and add green peas towards the end.
Let it cook down for 5 minutes and stir it with a fork.
Let it coll down further
In a greased cake tin, add half the rice with green peas.
Add the tomato sauce mixed with the tuna.
Add the remaining rice on top.
Let it cool down in the fridge.
Turn tin onto a serving plate.
Add some homemade mayonnaise on top and the gratted egg.
Serve
