Spanish homemade bread

Trenza de pan

360 ml water
525 gr baker’s flour
2 teaspoons salt
2 teaspoons yeast

Add ingredients to bread machine on the dough setting.

Remove from pan and knead into your preferred shape. Let it rise.

When the dough has doubled in volume, it’s ready to go into the oven.

Put bread in the oven at 225C for 35 minutes and at 160C for an extra 15 minutes.

With the same dough recipe you can make focaccia.

Spread the dough and let it rise. Before putting it into the oven, add olive oil and salt or your preferred topping.

Put it in the oven at 180C for 25 minutes.
