Spanish hot chocolate

For 4 cups

28 gr unsweetened powdered cocoa
100gr sugar
13 gr cornflour
60 ml water (1/4 cup)
500ml milk (2 cups)

Mix cocoa and sugar together.

Dissolve the cornflour in water and combine with the cocoa and sugar in a saucepan. On slow heat gradually add the milk stirring constantly.

Simmer for about 10 stirring often.

You can eat hot chocolate with Spanish aniseed sweet bread. Aniseed bread and hot chocolate is lighter alternative to hot chocolate with churros.
