Chorizo caterpillars

This recipe is adapted from a recipe I came across called Caterpillar buns. With Spanish homemade bread as a base, roll the dough as for pizza, about 2cms thick and then around the chorizo sausage. Then cut the dough and chorizo nearly to its base every 2 cms or so and spread each segment to one side, then the other.

Let the dough stand for 30 minutes. Bake at 180C for about 30 minutes.
