200 gr pumpkin
Half green capsicum
1 small jar of marinated artichokes
500 gr spaguetti
400 gr rump steak
1 cup pesto sauce
Cut zucchinis, capsicum and pumpkin in stripes and place in a bag with the marinade from the artichokes for about 20 minutes.
Stir fry in a wok together with the mushrooms for about 15 minutes.
Chop the olives, the tomato and the artichokes.
Mix all vegetables together.
Grill the steak and cook the pasta at the same time.
When the steak is cooked to your taste, cut it in bite sizes.
When the pasta has been cooked, drain and pour the pesto sauce over the pasta. Mix well.
Serve the pasta and serve with the vegetables on top and some of the meat on top.
Sprinkle with some extra parmesan cheese.
