Oven roasted potato wedges

1 medium potato per person cut in wedges

3 garlic cloves, crushed

3 tbsp olive oil

1/2 tbsp sweet paprika

Salt

Put all ingredients, except for salt, in a plastic bag and coat potatoes well.

Place potatoes on an oven tray making sure potatoes are on one single layer.

Sprinkle with salt.

Put tray in a prehated oven and bake for about 45-50 minutes at 200C or until potatoes are cooked.

Eat with tomato sauce and sour cream or natural yogurt.
